摘    要:通过静态试验,对凹凸棒石吸附去除水中Fe2+的特性进行了研究,重点讨论了焙烧和酸化处理对吸附的影响。结果表明,凹凸棒石对水中Fe2+吸附过程可以班厄姆公式进行拟合。Langmuir吸附等温式可以更好地描述Fe2+在凹凸棒石上的吸附。当焙烧温度在200℃~400℃,焙烧处理对凹凸棒石吸附去除Fe2+的影响不明显,当焙烧温度在500℃时,凹凸棒石对Fe2+的吸附去除率显著降低,这是由凹凸棒石内部结构发生折叠收缩,导致孔道逐步塌陷所致。凹凸棒石对Fe2+的吸附去除率随着酸化浓度的增加先减小而后增大,在HCl浓度为5 mol.L-1时达到最低。

Abstract:Adsorption characteristics of Fe2+ by attapulgite were investigated experimentally using batch reactor,and the effects of calcination and acid treatment were disscussed in particular.Experiments showed that removal process of Fe2+ by attapulgite can be described by Bangham Formula.Langmuir model represents the adsorption isotherms well.Heat-treatment temperature has little effect on adsotption capacity of attapulgite for Fe2+ from 200℃~400℃.And adsotption capacity decreased at 500℃ resulted from degradation of channel structure and adsorption capacity loss of palygorskite.With increasing HCl concentration of acid treating solution,adsorption capacities for Fe2+ decreased firstly and then increased,a minimum was obtained at 5 mol·L-1 of HCl concentration.
