| Abstract: | The paper analyses the current status and development of the national safety legal system construction and the proposals have been put forward on perfecting safety legal system,establishing the related rules and regulations for the investigation of administrative responsibilities on major safety accidents and completing the aspects such as the services,rules and standards for the intermediary safety agency on the basis of analysing the present inadequacies. |
