面向可持续发展的海岸带综合管理研究

本文以可持续发展为目标，从海岸带综合管理问题入手，进一步分析了海岸带系统的可持续性，阐述了海岸带综合管理的方法论，提出了海岸带综合管理的内涵、原则、任务与技术方法。

RESEARCH ON INTEGRATED COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT TOWARD SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Coastal zone is a unique resource which is of great importance in developing aswell as industrial nations throughout the world, supporting wide range of natural re-sources and amenities, but it has a lot of problems to be solved. Catering to the needs ofsustainable development, this paper began with analysis or coastal zone management is-sues, followed by analysis on the sustainability of the coastal system. Emphatically, themethodology for integrated coastal zone management was set forth, including the conno-tation, the rules, the missions and the approaches. It would be useful for the coastal zonemanagement and planning toward sustainable development in China.
