| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了国际贸易对全球资源开发和经济发展的影响以及环境管理系统系列计划（ISO14000）对我国生产方式转变影响的基础上，提出了要依靠科技进步，通过国际贸易发展技术知识密集型产品替代资源密集型产品，发展外向型规模经济，设计后发型战略，促进我国的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The measures of the replacement of intelligent-intensive products for resources-intensive products, and development of export-oriented scale economy are proposed in the paper to accelerate sustainable development in China through international trade and competition based on the analysis of the impact of international trade on resources exploitation and economic development,as well as ISO 14000 on the transition from the centrally planned ceonomic system to the socialist market economic system. |
