| Abstract: | The comprehensive utilization of mineral resources has reflected the systematicfunctions of dialectical unity of full increase of resource, environmental, economic and socialbenefits. It should become an important national basic policy of promoting the continuousand harmonious development of national economy. To supplement the use of mining system-atic engineering with value engineering is the best policy to improve social and economic ben-efits of the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources. |
