摘    要:在对榆林煤化工CO2捕集系统危害因素进行分析的基础上,进一步对CO2分离器发生的典型风险之分离器泄漏发生其他爆炸进行了分析。结合分析结果,通过事故树评价得出了可能导致其他爆炸风险的最小割集和最小径集,并结合结构重要度进行量化处理,找到预防事故的关键管控因素和对策方案,为企业预防和控制事故发生提供可靠依据,为企业安全生产提供技术支持。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the hazard factors of CO2 capture system in Yulin coal chemical industry,the typical risks of leakage and other explosions in CO2 separator were further analyzed.Combined with the analysis results wand fault tree analysis,it was found the minimum cut sets and the path set,which may result in other explosion risks and also in combination with the importance of the structure,the key control factors and countermeasures were found to prevent accidents,so as to provide reliable basis for the prevention and control of accidents and provide technical support for the safety production of enterprises.
