超细三七粉最小引燃温度实验研究

摘    要:为研究三七粉着火燃烧的参数,用粉尘云引燃温度装置和粉尘层引燃温度装置,对三七粉的最小引燃温度(MIT)进行实验研究。分别研究喷吹压力、质量浓度、粉尘层厚度对MIT的影响。结果表明:三七粉尘云的质量在0.2 g时最小引燃温度随着喷尘压力的增加先减小再增大,在0.3 g到0.6 g时最小引燃温度随着喷尘压力的增加而增大;在压力20 kPa、30 kPa时随着质量浓度的增大,粉尘云引燃温度先减小后增大,在40 kPa到60 kPa时,随着质量浓度的增大,粉尘云引燃温度增大;粉尘云最小引燃温度高于粉尘层最小引燃温度;三七粉尘云的最小引燃温度399℃,粉尘层最小引燃温度240℃。

Abstract:In order to study the characteristic parameters of the burning of notoginseng powder,the dust cloud ignition temperature device and the dust layer ignition temperature device were used to conduct experimental research on the minimum ignition temperature(MIT)of notoginseng powder.The effects of injection pressure,mass concentration and dust layer thickness on MIT were studied respectively.The results showed that the minimum ignition temperature of the dust of the notoginseng dust cloud was 0.2 g and then decreased with the increase of the dust pressure.The minimum ignition temperature increased with the dust pressure from 0.3 g to 0.6 g.The dust ignition temperature decreased first and then increased with the increase of mass concentration at 20 kPa and 30 kPa.At 40 kPa to 60 kPa,the dust cloud ignition temperature increased with the increase of powder mass concentration.The minimum ignition temperature of the dust cloud was higher than the minimum ignition temperature of the dust layer;the minimum ignition temperature of the notoginseng dust cloud was 399℃,and the minimum ignition temperature of the dust layer was 240℃.
