摘    要:剪切型软钢阻尼器是由连接板、翼缘板、横向加劲肋和耗能板等4个构件组成,通过焊接技术组合起来的一种减震装置,在减震技术领域被广泛应用的低屈服点软钢阻尼器,各构件连接的技术和机理对阻尼器的工作性能有着直接的影响。运用数值模拟与盲孔法实验测量相结合的方式,以焊接电流为变量,进行焊接剪切型阻尼器的焊接残余应力分布规律的研究。结果表明:数值模拟结果和实际实验结果有较高的吻合度;在满足焊接要求的条件下采用较小焊接电流能有效降低焊接残余应力的分布;残余应力受纵向残余应力影响更大。

Abstract:The shear mild steel damper is a kind of shock absorber,which is composed of connecting plate,flange plate,transverse stiffener and energy dissipation plate,which is widely used in the field of shock absorption technology as a low-yield mild steel damper and the connection technology and mechanism of each component have a direct influence on the working performance of the damper.The method combines numerical simulation with blind hole method and set different welding current.The distribution law of welding residual stress of the welded shear damper is studied.The results indicate that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,the distribution of welding residual stress can be effectively reduced by using small welding current under the condition of satisfying welding requirements and the residual stress is more affected by the longitudinal residual stress.
