Application of MLS Safety Evaluation Method in Cementing Operation

Cementing is an essential part in the process of drilling and completion.Cementing operation is systematic,one-time and short-term,which is prone to safety accidents.According to the characteristics of cementing operation,we must make clear the risk factors that are easy to occur in the cementing process,the control and monitoring measures of the risk factors,the frequency of accidents caused by the risk factors,and the possible one-time casualties caused by accidents caused by the risk factors.The MLS safety evaluation method is used to evaluate various risk factors in cementing construction.Finally,according to the results of cementing risk factor analysis and risk value evaluation,the main risk factors in the cementing construction process must be mastered,the causes of the main risk factors must be analyzed,and clear risk control measures must be formulated to reduce risks and ensure the safety of cementing operation.
