| 摘 要： | 本文从理论上阐述了“环境”、“环境系统”与“环境质量”的基本概念和基本特性,分别给出了它们的科学定义。力图澄清和纠正目前流行的许多混乱甚至是错误的看法和提法,希望能引起环境科学界对环境科学基本理论研究工作的关注和兴趣。

| Abstract: | In this paper the basic concepts and characteristics about the terms of environment, environmental system and environmental quality are discussed theoretically, and the scientific definitions about these terms are given. In the paper we also attempt to clarify and correct a lot of popular but confusing and even wrong thoughts, and we hope to draw the attention and arouse the interest of the environmental science workers in their researches on the basic theories of environmental science. |
