摘    要:为解决某钒铁矿经多年开采后,由于钒铁矿矿区赋存条件变化导致开采相互制约、资源利用率低、矿柱积压矿量大以及井下采空区隐患大等问题,制定“保钒采铁、分区协同”的开采方案。通过矿柱强度理论对矿柱的强度和承受载荷进行计算,进而通过矿柱安全系数来判断矿柱的稳定性。通过FLAC3D软件对东、西区铁矿体进行数值模拟研究,通过对开挖后的位移云图、应力云图以及塑性区分布图来分析矿柱的稳定性。研究结果表明:针对某钒铁矿东、西区提出的嗣后膏体微胶结充填法及中区提出的分段空场法转分段崩落采矿法可提高矿柱的稳定性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of the mutual restriction of mining,low resource utilization,large backlog amount of mine pillars,and large hidden dangers of underground goaf in a vanadium iron mine due to the changes in the occurrence conditions of mining area after many years of mining,a mining plan of “preserving vanadium,mining iron and subarea synergy” was formulated.The strength and bearing load of mine pillar were calculated through the mine pillar strength theory,and the stability of mine pillar was judged through the safety coefficient of mine pillar.The numerical simulation research on the iron ore body in the east and west areas was carried out by using the FLAC3D software,and the stability of mine pillar was analyzed through the displacement cloud map,stress cloud map and plastic zone distribution map after the excavation.The results showed that the subsequent paste micro-cement filling method proposed for the east and west areas and the segmented open field method converted to sublevel caving mining method proposed for the middle area of the vanadium iron mine could improve the stability of mine pillars.
