| Abstract: | Safety culture in enterprises is one important part of enterprise culture,it is also the basis of building our harmonious society.In this paper,the concept,function and characteristic of safety culture are introduced.The precondition,context and trait of constructing safety culture are put forward.Considering the aspects of decision-making from leadership,governor's intensification,staffs' participation and object-management,the route to construct safety culture in enterprises is explored.During the process of constructing safety culture in enterprises,some principles need to pay attention are analyzed. |
