摘    要:以电液舵机为研究对象,根据其自身特点建立故障树,以得到系统的薄弱环节及主要故障模式。通过分析得到电液舵机系统的敏感应力,对可靠性强化试验应用于此类机电液一体化的产品进行了可行性分析,并设计了适用于电液舵机系统的可靠性强化试验方案。

Abstract:The fault tree of electro-hydraulic steering gear was built based on its characteristics.The weakness and main failure modes of the system were got and the sensitivity stress of steering gear system was found by analysis.The feasibility of application of reliability enhancement testing to electro-hydraulic electromechanical integration products was analyzed and a reliability testing project of RET was designed for electro-hydraulic steering gear system.
