摘    要:利用移动式人工霜箱,进行了模拟霜冻害的实验,研究分析了冬小麦拔节期幼穗抗霜力随幼穗分化进程的变化。结果发现,随着幼穗分化期的推进,冬小麦幼穗的抗霜力总体呈下降的趋势。从雌雄蕊末期发育进入药隔前期,幼穗的抗霜力骤然下降,在雌雄蕊分化期之前以及药隔期之后,抗霜力的下降趋势较为平缓。表明药隔期之后为冬小麦幼穗分化的低温敏感期。品种抗霜性的鉴定适宜在药隔期开展。该研究结果对于抗霜品种的筛选以及霜冻害的防御工作有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Utilizing the movable artificial frost chamber,simulation experiment of frost damage was carried out to find how frost resistance of young ears(FRYE)variate with the differentiation phases proceeding.The results indi- cate that FRYE tends to decrease during the whole jointing stage.Upon developing into anther connective formation phase from stamens and pistils formation phase,FRYE drops sharply.During the period before stamens and pistils formation phase and that after anther connective formation phase,FRYE drops gradually.The variation curve indi- cates that young ears of winter wheat develop into low temperature sensitive phase from anther connective formation phase.Frost resistance of varieties should be evaluated at anther connective formation phase.This result is of im- portance both to selecting frost resistant varieties and to frost damage prevention.
