| 摘 要： | 随着现代科技的发展,安全生产监督管理需要模式、方法、手段等方面实现创新.本文紧密结合安全生产监督管理工作的需要,以Android平台为基础,基于SOA架构设计,采用第三代移动访问技术,融合无线通信、数据库及计算机网络等前沿技术,研究开发了一套安全生产移动执法系统,它包含了移动执法端、服务管理端和底层通信服务三大体系,实现了安全生产现场执法各项功能,有效推进了移动通信技术在安全生产领域的应用.

| Abstract: | With the development of modern science and technology,work safety supervision and management need more innovation in mode,methods and means.Aiming to improve the methods in work safety inspection,the application of the mobile technology was studied.Based on android platform,a mobile law enforcement system with SOA architecture was presented.This system contained three components,including mobile law enforcement,service management and communication service.In the system,many functions for work safety inspection were realized,which improved application of mobile communications technology in the field of work safety. |
