摘    要:为使膜电解技术应用于钠碱法净化低浓度SO2 气体的工艺中 ,在此用间歇处理方法研究了电解过程中电解电压、电解液pH值随时间的变化关系 ,以及酸室温度对电流效率、电解电压等的影响 ,酸、碱室料比对电解效果的影响。提出了适用的工艺流程

Abstract:In order to apply the membrane electrolysis to the process of purging the low concentration SO_2 gas by the alkali-natrium method,we studied the relation between the electrolytic voltage and pH value of the electrolyte with the change of time during electolysis,the effect of acid cell temperature on the current efficiency and electrolytic voltage etc,as well as the effect of ratio of acid and alkali on the electrolysis effectiveness.The rational process flow was also proposed.
