| Abstract: | The problems of mine environment in east China are divided into three kinds:geological disaster,geological environment contamination and destroy of geological resources.Mine environment problems mostly result in the human mining industry activities,which destroy geological environment and make a lot of troubles in society and economic construction.So it is necessary to strengthen the management from the technology,the economy,policy aspects in order to find out the countermeasure for environment management.From technical aspect,mine technology advancement should be enhanced.From economic aspect,mine environment fund investment should be enlarged,market mechanism should be introduced and restoring compensation mechanism should be established.From policy aspect,the environment regulations should be carried out,the law to manage the mine should be abided and government management should be strengthened. |
