轨道交通车辆用密封条异味分析研究

摘    要:通过基于嗅阈值的异味分析方法,结合气味主观评价、胺管采集分析和材料成分分析,逆向溯源了密封条的异味来源。结果表明:密封条A的主要异味物质为吗啉、壬醛、丁醛;密封条B的主要异味物质为壬醛、吗啉、环己胺;密封条C的主要异味物质为丁醛、吗啉和乙醛;其中胺类的恶臭型化合物可能来源于硫化促进剂的分解产物及发泡的产物,醛类等可能来源于EPDM生胶。

Abstract:The reverse odor traceability of sealant was accomplished using a method based on the olfactory thresholds,combined with subjective odor evaluation,amine tube acquisition and material composition analysis.The results showed that,the main odorous substances in the sealant A were morpholine,nonanal and butanal;the main odorous substances of sealant B were nonanal,morpholine and cyclohexylamine;the main odorous substances of sealant C were butanal,morpholine and acetaldehyde.The malodorous compounds of amines may be derived from the decomposition products of the curing accelerator and foaming products and aldehydes may be derived from EPDM raw gum.
