海洋环境下7A52铝合金电偶腐蚀行为研究

摘    要:通过电偶序测试,对3.5%(质量分数)NaCl水溶液中7A52的腐蚀倾向进行了预测;通过对不同金属耦合的电偶电流与电偶电压的测试,验证了阳极电偶腐蚀效应,得到了电偶腐蚀过程受阴极控制的结论;通过对7A52与5A06在不同面积比情况下偶合电偶电流的测试,发现电偶电流与面积比呈线性关系。

Abstract:The corrosion polarity of 7A52 in 3.5% NaCl water solution was predicted through galvanic series tests.The anode galvanic corrosion effect was validated with galvanic current and galvanic voltage test of different metals coupled with the alloy.It was concluded that the galvanic corrosion process is dominated by cathode process.It was founded that galvanic corrosion current has linear relationship with area ratio from galvanic corrosion current test of 7A52 and 5A06 alloys under different area ratio.
