| 摘 要： | 采用英帝国化学公司(ICI)蒙德评价方法,对丙烯腈生产装置进行安全评价,确定了该装置生产、贮存过程中的物料物质系数并计算物质危险性、工艺危险性、毒性等指数,经过安全补偿系数修正后,得出丙烯腈装置总危险性系数以及全体危险程度,并提出相应的安全措施.

| Abstract: | ICI's Mond assessment is conducted for the acrylonitrile units.In this method,a series of indexes are calculated for both the process and storage system according to material properties,process hazard,toxicity,etc.With the safety management coefficients,the indexes can be decreased and indicate the final risk gradation of the units.Futhermore,the safety measures are put forward for the improvement. |
