| 摘 要： | 本文通过某制约厂青霉素车间排放手大量灭活性产黄青霉菌对溶液中铅的吸附研究，发现该菌体对金属离子吸附有较强的选择性，尤其对铅离子高于其它金属离子。而且被吸附的铅离子能被重新洗脱回收。

| Abstract: | The adsorption for pb 2+ by dead penicillium chrysogeoum was studied. The concentration of cell wall surface of Pb 2+ was higher than that of other of ions was found, and the adsorbant of Pb 2+ belonged to surface of cell wall, Meanwhite the dead penicilliun chrysogeum adsorbed Pb 2+ more than other metal ions contained in some waste water, and the Pb 2+ would be disadsorbed.So this method can be applied to treat industrial wastewater containing Pb 2+ lead concentration in the solution will be less than 1mg/l after treated. |
