建立工业循环经济体系理论及对策研究——以秦皇岛市为例

本文从横向和纵向两个大的方面入手研究秦皇岛市工业循环经济体系建立.横向研究是从建立循环经济体系的理论入手,首先考虑循环经济应该在什么样的经济体制下建立才可获得最优效益;然后研究影响循环经济体系建立的瓶颈因素有哪些.纵向则根据秦皇岛市的具体情况,着重从三个方面研究秦皇岛市工业循环经济体系的建立,即:传统工业改造、区域间循环经济合作和小城镇循环经济体系的建立.

Study on theory and countermeasures of industrial recycle economy system--Taking Qinhuangdao as an example

The paper studies the foundation of industrial recycle economy system in Qinhuangdao from transversal and vertical aspects. Transversal study starts from foundation theory of recycle economy system. Firstly it considers under which economic structure recycle economy should found in order to get optimal benefit, and then studies how many bottle-neck factors affecting the foundation of recycle economy there are. Vertical study is based on concrete circumstances of Qinhuangdao city, studies the foundation mainly from three aspects, namely, transforming traditional industry, regional cooperation on recycle economy and the foundation of recycle economy in small towns.
