浊度去除率在城市污水处理工程调试中的应用实践

摘    要:某城镇污水处理厂采用水解酸化+BAF为主要工艺处理污水,处理量0.5万m3/d,进水水质COD≤500 mg/l、BOD5≤220mg/l、SS≤350 mg/l、NH3-N≤15 mg/l、总氮≤35 mg/l、总磷≤4.0 mg/l。出水标准(GB18918—2002)一级A标准,即COD≤50 mg/l、BOD≤10mg/l、SS≤10 mg/l、动植物≤1 mg/l、石油类≤1 mg/l、NH3-N≤5 mg/l、总氮≤15 mg/l。调试过程中采用控水周期法,同时应用浊度快速核算COD值,指导调试运行,根据水质的浊度与COD之间的关系,确定以浊度去除率作为主要工艺控制参数,具有操作方便、直观、及时变换工艺条件,保证调试的效果,及时发现异常,快速处理,具有良好的使用前景。

Abstract:An urban sewage treatment plant which adopts hydrolyze acidification +BAF as the major sewage treatment technology has a treatment capaeity of 5000 m3/d and its inflow quality are COD ≤ 500 mg/l, BOD5 ≤220mg/l, SS ≤ 350 mg/l, NH3-N ≤ 15 mg/l, TN≤35 mg/l, TP≤4.0 mg/l. The effluent reached Level One A (GB18918-2002) i.e. COD≤50 mg/l, BOD≤ 10mg/l, SS ≤ 10 mg/l, flora and fauna≤ 1 mg/l, petroleum≤ 1 mg/l, NH3-N≤5 mg/l, TN≤ 15 mg/l. Adopting water cycle control method during the commissioning process, the COD was calculated by turbidity value so as to guide the system testing. According to the relation between water turbidity and COD, the turbidity removal ration was determined as a major technic control parameter. The advantage of this method includes easy operation, straightforward, adaptable to technology changes, guarantee testing effects, find abnormalities promptly and quick handling. It has a promising application prospect.
