添加剂在630MW机组湿法脱硫系统上的应用

在湿法脱硫系统吸收塔浆液中加入少量添加剂,可以促进浆液中石灰石的溶解和SO2的吸收,提高系统的脱硫率1.5%～2.0%。同时也可在浆液较低的pH值下,防止脱硫设备结垢堵塞,增加系统运行的稳定性。加入添加剂后,系统在保证脱硫效率的前提下可少开1台浆液循环泵,降低了运行成本。

Application of additive in WFGD system of 630 MW units

Through adding a small amount of desulfurization additives in absorber slurry of the WFGD system,the limestone utilization and absorption of SO2 were promoted.The desulfurization efficiency of WFGD system was raised 1.5%~2.0%.Also scaling plug of the WFGD equipment were prevented and the operating stability under low pH value was increased.On the premise of desulfurization efficiency,one slurry recirculation pump was turned off and the WFGD system operating cost was reduced.
