600MW机组湿法脱硫吸收塔溢流原因分析及对策

Analysis of cause and countermeasure of absorber overflowing in WFGD for 600 MW units

The damage of slurry overflow from the absorber of the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization system in thermal power plants were described.The reasons of the overflow were analyzed from the cause of the absorber slurry bubble,operation mode,etc.The main factors resulting in the slurry overflow from the absorber included poor quality of gypsum slurry,unsuitable sudden change of oxidation air,four slurry cycle spray pump in operation and unreasonable overflow pipe interface settings.In order to solve the problems of slurry overflow from the absorber in wet flue gas desulfurization,some reasonable countermeasures were taken by way of lowering the operation level properly,arranging the overflow pipe of absorber reasonably and others.The stable opertion of WFGD system was ensured.
