湿法脱硫装置SO2吸收系统增容改造方案探讨

摘    要:国内越来越多火电厂石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫装置因燃煤硫分变化及其他原因需要进行增容改造。介绍了湿法烟气脱硫装置核心SO2吸收系统4种可行的增容改造方案,即塔外浆液箱方案、串联塔方案、并联塔方案、吸收塔重建方案,并对各方案的优缺点和适应性进行比较和论述,为同类烟气脱硫装置增容改造工程提供参考。

Study of the capacity extension schemes for SO2 absorption system of WFGD equipment
Abstract:More and more coal-fired power plant wet flue gas desulphurization(WFGD) system will be increased the capacity by the coal's sulfur change or other causes in China.The main reasons which cause the capacity extension of WFGD system are introduced and four feasible capacity extension schemes for the SO2 absorption system which is the core part of WFGD system are given.Then the advantages,disadvantages of each scheme and given the adaptabilities of each scheme are compared.The purpose is providing the reference scheme for similar power plant WFGD system capacity extension.
