运用可持续发展理论阐述了环境与发展之间的关系。文中首先分析了人类在 2 0世纪以来关于两者关系的认识 ,接着运用可持续发展观具体阐述了两者相互协调的观点 ,最后针对可持续发展系统的主要要素提出了人类社会为协调环境与发展的关系必须采取一些相关的措施

Study on Relation Between Environment and Development

The relationship between environment and development is an old issue,but it has different content in different time.This article elaborates human's knowledge about it during 20 century at first;then it specially emphasizes that we should coordinate the relationship by the sense of sustainable development;Finally,according to the main factors of sustainable development system,it suggests some measures on how to harmonize the relationship between environment and development.
