| Abstract: | Earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction includes three work systems, namely, monitoring and prediction system, earthquake hazard prevention system and emergency relief system. Based on the characteristics of earthquake disaster and law of disaster genetic development, the disaster relief related organizations, manpower and material resources and professional technology at home and abroad are described in this paper. |
