摘    要:某热电厂尾部烟气的湿法除尘装置存在严重的烟气带水和烟尘排放浓度超标问题,针对上述两个问题,在对原烟气系统进行分析的基础上,进行了技术改造,采用旋流板塔替代原系统的筛板塔,对改造后烟气系统运行测试,结果表明:烟气系统基本上解决了烟气带水和烟尘排放浓度超标问题,同时该装置具备了烟气脱硫功能,在水系统完成后,可以解决烟气脱硫问题。

Abstract:There were two problems that the flue gases entrained water and flue dust concentration exceeded discharge standard. In allusion of them, technical reform was put in practice on the basis of analyzing original system. The sieve - plate tower was substituted by spiral flow inducing tray tower. That the reformed system was run shows: Two problems were solved that the flue gases entrained water and flue dust concentration exceeded discharge standard, and so the system owes desulfurization function. If the water system is completed, the SO2 and dust can be removed contemporary.
