好氧及厌氧固定化微生物处理能力的比较研究

摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为包埋剂,分别包埋固定活性污泥及厌氧污泥进行了对废水中有机物的好氧及厌氧降解试验,比较了固定化及未固定的污泥,固定化活性及厌氧污泥对废水处理力。结果表明,固定化污泥的容积负荷是未固定的污泥的1.3-2.1倍,在试验条例上,固定化厌氧污泥与自由厌氧污泥的容积负荷比(2.13)明显高于固定化活性污泥下自由活性污泥的比值(1.30-1.54)。综合污泥负荷及单位污泥产气量,说明固定化

Abstract:Activated and anaerobic sludges were respectivelyimmobilized with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)used asan entrapping agent, and then the immobilizedsludges were separately used to degrade the organicsin wastewater under the aerobic and anaerobicconditions, respectively.Comparisons in the capacityof treating organics were also made between theimmobilized and free sludges and between theimmobilized activated sludge and the immobilizedanaerobic sludge. The results show that thevolumetric loading was 1.3 to 2.1 times that of freesludge,meant by that the immobilized sludges had ahigher capacity of treating organics than a freesludge. Under the conditions studied, the volumetricloading ratio of the immobilized anaerobic sludge tothe free anaerobic sludge (2.13) was much higherthan that of the immobilized activated sludge to thefree activated sludge (1.30-1.54).Consideringthe sludge loading and gas yield per unit of sludge byweight,it was concluded that the capacity of microbetreating organics could be fullier developed in theimmobilized anaerobic sludge so that the immobilizedmicrobes entrapped in a gel would be more suitablefor the anaerobic treatment of a high strengthorganic wastewater.
