粉煤灰处理染料废水的研究

摘    要:利用粉煤灰吸附性能较好、来源广泛及价格低廉等特点,对染料废水进行吸附试验研究。结果表明,粉煤灰的活化方式、粒度及用量对染料废水吸附性能有影响。160—200目30%硫酸活化粉煤灰吸附能力最强,且对染料废水的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温曲线,最大吸附量为667mg/g。

Abstract:Using the fly ash which had good adsorption performance,extensive source and lower price,this paper aimed at the dyestuff wastewater treatment.The results of experiments indicated that the flyash which was 160-200 mesh particle and activated by 30% H2SO4 had high absorbability.The adsorption process of the flyash(160-200 mesh and activated by 30% H2SO4) fited in Langmuir adsorption isothermal line in static test.The maximum adsorption capacity was 667mg/g.
