| Abstract: | Huludao is a heavy industry city whose leading industry is petrochemistry. It is an inevitable choose for a regional economic development to develop industry. Besides, to build green eco-chemical city is the only way for a city's development. Aiming at reaching the standards of "Nation Environmental Protection Model City", building a green ecological city fit for human beings' inhabitation, some proposals are given: human orientation, science and technology in the lead, strengthening environmental protection, promoting recycling economy, etc.. |
