| Abstract: | One of the most important character is that organic poison pollution become more serious in period of ice sealed,strengthen the organic poison pollution treatment of Songhua river in the period of the ice sealed,that is the key of the solve the Songhua river's organic poison pollution.This article express the reason of organic poison pollution become serious,the measures of the pollution treatment and the major meaning of Songhua river in the period of the ice sealed. |
