| 摘 要： | 松花江流域黑龙江省地区已有接近80%的人口遭受水污染的威胁,而且受污染地区主要为城市和工业集中的区域.为了预测黑龙江省未来的发展可能造成水污染态势及其严重影响,并在此基础上提出适当的战略对策,采用情景分析的方法,对黑龙江省未来20年城市及工业污染态势和不同控制对策的影响进行了分析,以使为制定东北地区水污染防治战略方案提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | In the Songhua river of Heilongjiang province, there are 80% population are suffering from the water pollution, and the cries and industry zones arc mainly pollution areas. To foreseeing the extent of water pollution, the scenario analysis is used, and it can analyze the influence of the city and industry, pollution extent and all kinds of countermeasures, and become the science basis of the water pollution prevention. |
