摘    要:从菜园土壤及药材土壤土样中分离选育出以丝状菌为主的6株COD高效降解菌,与实验室保藏的2株絮凝剂产生菌构建混合菌剂,使菌剂同时具有降解污染物以及增强活性污泥沉降性和絮凝性的功能.以COD去除率、污泥指数和活性污泥絮凝性为指标,研究了混合菌剂各菌种接种量的配比.结果表明,该菌剂添加于活性污泥系统处理模拟生活污水,可以使COD去除率从86.5%提高到94.5%,污泥指数从124下降到59.0,活性污泥絮凝性从0.358增加到0.530.研究表明,该多功能混合菌剂添加于活性污泥系统可以显著增强对模拟生活污水的处理效果.

Abstract:This paper introduces the bioaugmentation of synthetic microbes on the activated sludge treating of the mixed home sewage. Filamentous alga and extra-cellular polymeric substances have great effect on the aerobic granule sludge formation. This study focuses on preparing mixed microbes with filamentous alga and flocculent-producing strains so as to activate sludge by enhancing its processing effect, Actually, six strains of highly effective chemical oxygen are needed to degrade, with mainly filamentous alga being isolated from vegetable garden soil and the traditional Chinese soil with healing effects. After being acclimated with mixed home sewage, the six strains are expected to degrade the nutriment of the sewage effectively. The two flocculent-producing strains preserved in laboratories are then acclimated by the waste water so as for them to produce bio-flocculent in the sewage. Once acclimated, the eight strains can be divided into four groups according to their respective characters and removal rates of chemical oxygen demand, the paper has done researches on the in- dex and flocculability of activated sludge as well as the inoculation ratio of all the eight strains in the process of microbe-synthetic fermentation. The results of our research show that after the mixed microbes applied into activated sludge treatment, the removal rate of the chemical oxygen demand can be made to reach 94.5% from 86.5% with the sludge index reduced to 59.0 from 124, and the flocculability of activated sludge improved to 53.0% from 35.8% . Thus, all the resuits demonstrate that the mixed microbes contribute greatly to enhancing the processing effect of activated sludge treatment.
