摘    要:根据双模吸收理论及SO2在溶液中电离特性,建立了逆流喷淋塔的SO2吸收模型,在考虑浆液飞溅到塔壁的影响后,模拟结果与实验值吻合较好。根据吸收模型,对塔内液气比和浆液的含固率等因素进行了分析。研究表明:减少浆液飞溅到塔壁可提高浆液利用率及脱硫装置性能;根据烟气中SO2的初始浓度及最终脱硫效率,可合理选择液气比及吸收时问(塔的高度);浆液中的含固率直接影响到SO2的吸收速率、循环浆液量、脱硫效率及浆液中SO2浓度等,在液气比较小时,含固率对脱硫效率的影响尤其明显。

Abstract:The absorption model of SO2 in spray tower was established on the double film theory and ionizationand of SO2 in slurry droplets and the influence of slurry droplets splashed to the tower wall, and the predication results were consistent with the experimental data, at the same time, the parameters such as the liquid-gas ratio and solid ratio in slurry were researched on this model. To reduce the splashing extent of droplet gets an advantage of slurry utilization and the desulfurization performances. The reasonable liquid-gas ratio and matching absorbing time can be obtained at the initial SO2 concentration in the flue gas and desulfurization efficiency. Solid ratio in slurry affects the absorbing velocity of SO2, circulation slurry volume, desulfurization efficiency and the SO2 concentration in droplets, and the influence on the SO2 removal extent is more evident at the lower solid ratio.
