| 摘 要： | 2004年10月23日日本新潟县7.0级城市直下型地震造成了较大的伤亡和重大经济损失。本文介绍了这次地震的灾害与震后救灾行动,简单分析研究了日本防灾减灾体系建设内容,并结合我国防震减灾现状提出了几点启示。

| Abstract: | A vertically downward earthquake of 7.0 on Richter scale hit Xinxie county in Japan on October 23rd, 2004, which caused serious casualty and economic loss. The article introduces the disaster and the disaster relief operations afterwards, and studies the disaster prevention and alleviation system of Japan. At last, the author provides some suggestions according to the current situation of China earthquake prevention and disaster alleviation. |
