| 摘 要： | 阐述了清洁生产的定义。通过与末端治理的比较，分析了清洁生产的优点：（1）能满足持续发展的要求，（2）可最大限度地利用资源和能源，（3）减少了末端治理的压力和二次污染的可能，（4）改善了劳动条件和工作环境，（5）解决了环境与经济两层皮的矛盾。并以3个具体例子进一步说明清洁生产是促进经济与环境效益协调发展的有效手段，是实现可持续发展战略的一项重要措施。

| Abstract: | The definition of cleaner production was explained.Based on comprehensive analyses,the advantage of cleaner production over terminal eliminating polluter was emphasized as follows:(1)meeting the needs of continued development,(2)making full use of resources and energy,(3)reducing the burden of terminal eliminating polluter and possibility of secondary pollution,(4)improving labor conditions and working environment,(5)resolving the contradiction between environmental protection and economical development.Final,it was further showed from three practical cases that cleaner production was the effective means of promoting coordinate development of economical and environmental benefit as well as an important measure of realizing strategy of continued development. |
