水解酸化-SBR工艺处理味精废水

摘    要:利用水解酸化-SBR工艺对味精废水处理进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:在水解酸化水力停留时间为8h、SBR反应时间为6h、水温为20~25℃的条件下,CODCr和NH3-N的去除率均达92%以上。表明以水解酸化作为预处理可有效提高味精废水的可生化性,提高整个工艺的CODCr和NH3-N去除率。

Abstract:It is described an experimental study on monosodium glutamate wastewater treatment by hydrolytic acidification-SBR process.The experimental results show that COD_ Cr and NH_3-N removal rates of the wastewater are over 92%,the time of hydrolytic acidification stage and SBR are 8 h and 6 h,respectively,and the water temperature is 20~25 ℃.These results demonstrate that hydrolysis and acidification as pretreatment means can enhance efficiently the biodegradability of monosodium glutamate wastewater and the COD_ Cr and NH_3-N removal rates of the whole technology.
