基于模糊层次综合分析法的桥门式起重机分级评价

摘    要:介绍模糊层次综合分析法的原理和分析过程,针对目前桥门式起重机安全评价研究的现状和不足,提出将该方法应用于桥门式起重机整机定量分级评价中。根据桥门式起重机的特点,通过建立评价指标、确定评价指标权重集、建立各评价指标量化评价集和整机分级评价集的方法实现桥门式起重机整机的定量分级评价。为桥门式起重机整机定量评价提供了一种新思路和途径。

Abstract:The principle and analysis process of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process were introduced in this paper. Aiming at the status and disadvantages on the classification evaluation of bridge and gantry cranes,it was proposed to apply this method in the quantitative classification evauation. According to the characteristics of bridge and gantry cranes,a safety evaluation model of bridge and gantry cranes was formed by defining evaluation index,establishing the evaluation index weights,and establishing quantitative evaluation sets of each evaluation index and a classification evaluation of the whole crane. The new ideas and approaches for the classification evaluation of bridge and gantry cranes were provided.
