| 摘 要： | 针对第三产业油烟扰民的实际情况，开发出集排烟、净化于一体的湿法去除厨房油烟的装置，此法的关键在于喷嘴在较低的泵压下形成的伞状水膜和在其下部形成的雾化效果极佳的水雾．运行结果表明，此法净化效率较高、性能稳定、维护操作方便，价格适宜．

| Abstract: | Aimed at tne actual state of disrupting people by service trades,a device to purify kitchen oil and smoke is developled.The key of the device is formed the water fog.The running result shows that the purifing efficiency is higher,the property is steady,the maintain and operation is convenient and the cost is lower. |
