啤酒酵母菌,盐泽螺旋藻对重金属离子的吸附研究

摘    要:研究了经一定步骤处理过的啤酒酵母菌的盐泽螺旋藻对Cu^2+、Ni^2+、Cd^2+的吸附行为。结果表明:啤酒酵母力和盐泽螺旋藻对3种重金属离子都有显著吸附,其中盐泽螺旋藻的吸附强度和最大吸附量均明显大于啤酒酵母菌,且对Cd^2+的吸附能力更为突出,其最大吸附量达每克干生物体312mg。

Abstract:Adsorption of Cu2 , Ni2 and Cd2 by suitably pretreated biomass of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Spirulina subsala has been studied. The results showed that these metallic ions could be adsorbed by Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Spirulina subsala, but Spirulina subsala showed higher capacity of adsorption than Saccharomyes cerevisiae, especially to Cd2 . The maximum adsorptive capacity could reach 312mg/g dry weight biomass, under pH 4 and equilibrium concentration of 100mg Cd per liter.
