| Abstract: | In this paper, the concept of the cost and revenue, marginal cost and marginal revenue of natural resources were discussed; macro-cost, macro-revenue, marginal macro-cost and marginal macro-revenue were obtained through input-output table. Finally, with respect to the principle of MR=MC for the maximum profit, the method for defining the compensatory expenses levied by the government, including discriminative expenses and uniform expenses was proposed. |
