摘    要:对自行设计的旋风喷雾塔,湍球塔,泡沫塔3种型式的湿式除尘器性能进行了试验研究。确定了经济可行的液气比。它们的除尘效率均在98%以上,阻力损失在1100Pa以下,经过对比分析发现,泡沫塔式液气比偏大,旋风喷雾式阻力偏高。

Abstract:The results of an experimental study on operational properties of three kinds of wet collector: centrifugal spray tower, liquefunction tower and bubble tower are reported. The economically feasible ratio of water to air capacity is calculated. The collection efficiency of the equipment is over 98% and the pressure drop is less 1100 Pa. The bubble tower's ratio of water to air capacity is slightly higher than the other two and the centrifugal spray tower's pressure is a little higher.
