| 摘 要： | 小城镇生活垃圾污染防治工程建设是农村基础设施建设的重要组成部分,对小城镇的发展及环境保护都起着重要作用。中国小城镇数量较多,布局分散,产生的生活垃圾长期暴露堆放,不仅污染水体、大气和土壤环境,甚至直接影响到人们的身体健康,同时也阻碍了社会主义新农村建设。目前小城镇生活垃圾存在着多种处理方式,通过对小城镇生活垃圾现状中存在的主要问题进行系统地分析,小城镇应按照因地制宜的原则结合自己的实际,提出合理性的防治对策及措施。
