| 摘 要： | 分析了河流水污染的特点及其影响，简要介绍了3S技术的概念及其应用，在此基础上，构建了一个基于3S技术的河流水污染监测信息系统的总体框架，并对其中的关键技术进行了说明，以期有利于我国河流水污染防治和控制技术与手段的发展。
