| 摘 要： | 沈阳大气污染属于典型的煤烟型污染，大气污染的症结在于产业结构和能源结构不合理，污染源主要是燃煤设备和机动车，由此沈阳市大气环境面临严峻的形势，彻底改变沈阳市大气污染状况，必须转变决策观念，真正实现科学规划，采取重大举措．本文提出了关于改善沈阳大气环境的对策建议．

The Solutions for Improving Shanyang's Air Environment |

| Abstract: | Abstract The air pollution in Shenyang is part of the kind of typical smoke pollution.The crucial reason for the air pollution lies in the unreasonable industrial structure and energy structure.The pollution mainly comes from coal-burning equipments and motor-driven vehicles. So the air environment in Shenyang is facing severe situation.In order to improve the air pollution in Shenyang,the attitudes towards policies must be changed so as to realize scientific planning by adopting important measures.Counter-measures to improve the air environment in Shenyang are suggested in this paper. |
