摘    要:遵照变压器认证标准GB19212.1(IEC 61558-1)中型式试验的关键项目一发热试验的一般要求,针对试验中最广泛使用的热阻法,并使用常见的离线测试方式和经验公式代入计算法,编写了一套基于LabVIEW开发环境的自动测试软件,构建以图形化软件为核心的下一代自动化测试系统。

Automatic Test Software for the Heating Test of the Transformer Windings Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:In this paper, in accordance with the general requirements of the heating test, that was the key item of the type tests for transformer products certification in the standards GB 19212.1 (IEC 61558-1, idt), based on the LabVIEW development environment, an automation test software for the most widely used thermal-resistance testing method in which the common off-line testing method and the empirical formula into calculation were used, was prepared and programmed. Based on the graphical software as the core, these works would help to build the next generation of automatic test system.
