| 摘 要： | 对广义安全文化的定义、内容进行综述;基于研究现状,将广义安全文化的内容、结构及特征系统化,建立广义安全文化指标体系;提出符合广义安全文化研究特征的"硬系统"和"软系统"研究方法论;运用"马斯诺需求层次理论"对广义安全文化发展进行分级。这对安全文化学的建设具有重要意义,可为安全文化深入研究提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Definition and content of general safety culture are summarized：based on the research status, the content, structure and features of general safety cuhure are systemized;the＂ Hard System＂ and ＂Soft System＂ research methodology suitable for the research features of general safety culture is put forward;＂ Maslow＇s Need Hierarchy Theory＂ is used to classify great importance for the construction of safety culture science and depth study of safety culture. general safety culture, which is of provides theoretical basis for in-depth study of safety culture. |
