基于水质水动力模型的鱼洞水库水污染物总量控制研究

摘    要:以CE-QUAL-W2为平台,对昭通市鱼洞水库的水质水动力进行了模拟,很好地再现了水库水质的变化趋势和幅度。根据环境标准的不同解译方式计算了鱼洞水库在三种情景下的水环境容量:情景1以鱼洞水库表层全年的逐日污染物浓度100%达标;情景2以鱼洞水库表层全年80%时间内污染物浓度达标;情景3以鱼洞水库表层全年50%时间内污染物浓度达标。情景1下,鱼洞水库TN、TP负荷需要在现有基础上分别削减50%、45%,该方案风险较低,但面临短期内经济与技术上的不可行,可作为流域环境管理的长期目标;情景2下,鱼洞水库TN、TP负荷需在现有基础上分别削减42%、15%;情景3下,洞水库TN负荷需在现有基础上削减20%,TP不需削减,该方案可作为流域环境管理的近期目标。

Abstract:This study has simulated the hydrodynamic water quality of Yudong Reservoir in Zhaotong Muncipality based on CE-QUAL-W2,which has reproduced the water quality change of the Reservoir.The water environmental capacity of the Reservoir has been calculated under three different scenarios.The surface water quality is in compliance through the whole year for Scenario 1,and it is 80% of the year for Scenario 2 and 50% of the year for Scenario 3.In Scenario 1,the total load of TN and TP need to be further reduced by 50% and 45% respectively.This low-risk option is not economically and technically feasible for a short term,but could be used as a long-term objective for the environmental management of the catchment.In Scenario 2,the total load of TN and TP need to be further reduced by 42% and 15% respectively.In Scenario 3,the total load of TN needs to be further reduced by 20% without the reduction of TP;and it could be used as a short-term objective for the environmental management of the catchment.
